Eastdil Secured has opened its first continental Europe office in Frankfurt, Germany, to be run by Christian Kadel.
Kadel, who will join as managing director, comes from JLL where he spent 17 years advising on a range of capital market transactions.
Kadel will be supported by Eastdil Secured’s co-heads of Europe, Michael Cochran and Jim McCaffrey.
Kadel said: “I look forward to the opportunity to join Europe’s fastest-growing real estate investment banking firm, with the goal of increasing Eastdil Secured’s penetration and breadth of relationships within Germany and its neighbouring Germanic countries.”
