Christie + Co, the specialist property adviser, has appointed a new international managing director.
Andreas Scriven will combine his role as Christie + Co’s head of consultancy with that of international managing director.
Christie + Co said the promotion demonstrated the synergies it sees between high-quality, implementable advice and the international business property marketplace.
In addition, Alexandra Van Pelt has joined the company as an associate director, from Horwath HTL (UK), where she conducted valuations, consultancy, development and asset management assignments. Oleksiy Syrystya has also joined the consultancy team as an analyst.
