Leisure agent Christie & Co has been appointed to sell the leasehold of London nightclub One Leicester Square.
The nightclub, formerly known as Penthouse, has gone into administration. Baker Tilly has been appointed administrator.
It comprises the top three floors of the 45,000 sq ft building, which is also let to nightclub Sound.
Music television company MTV also used to house its studio in the building, but quit Leicester Square last summer.
One Leicester Square is owned by Swedish property company CLS.
