Christie & Co appointed to sell Jamie Oliver restaurant leases

KPMG has instructed Christie & Co to sell the leasehold portfolio of the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, which collapsed earlier this week.

The portfolio comprises 20 leasehold sites, which previously traded as Jamie’s Italian, Barbecoa and Fifteen London. Of these, eight are located across central and greater London.

Jamie Harvie-Austin, director at Christie & Co, said that this “provides a rare opportunity for restaurant operators to acquire extremely well-located premises in city centre locations”.

The sites are available on a group, sub-group or individual basis. Bids are due by Thursday 30 May.
