James Bell, associate director in the central London leisure team at CBRE, is leaving the business for a new role at Christie & Co.
Bell has worked in the CBRE central London team for two years. Previously he worked at Nash Bond and GVA.
After a period of gardening leave, he will work on the corporate pub and restaurant team alongside Simon Chaplin, who heads up the restaurant activity nationwide for Christie & Co.
