Scottish developer AMA has put its 85-bed care home development in Powderhall, Edinburgh, up for sale.
AMA has planning permission for the 43,583 sq ft care home with landscaped gardens, at 73 Logie Green Road.
Christie + Co has been appointed to sell the development, and will also consider offers by operators to enter into a lease on the completed scheme.
Martin Daw, associate director of Christie + Co, said: “The care home will sit in one of the most attractive areas of Edinburgh, has no immediate competition, and any incoming operator has the potential to achieve high weekly care fees.”
