Christie & Co has been appointed to market the 200-bedroom hotel that will occupy 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sq m) within Irvine Sellar’s proposed London Bridge Tower (pictured), SE1.
Sellar Property Group won planning permission for the 1,016 ft (310m) tower in November, following a public inquiry. The hotel, expected to be a five-star operator, will occupy floors 37 to 51.
Earlier this month CB Richard Ellis and FPDSavills were appointed to market the 600,000 sq ft (55,740 sq m) office element.
