Chrysaor moves to The Capitol

UK oil and gas independent Chrysaor Holdings has agreed to take 48,000 sq ft of office space at The Capitol in Aberdeen, as its North Sea operations base

The lease, agreed with M&G and Knight Property Group, represents 65% of the property, which is also occupied by PwC and MMS. It has one remaining 10,344 sq ft floor left to let, following a £30m refurbishment.

James Barrack, managing director at Knight Property Group, said: “In an improving oil and gas market it is refreshing to see new businesses emerging and making long term commitments to Aberdeen and the city centre.

“Chrysaor moving to The Capitol is a positive step for Union Street. The increasing footfall will bring increased trade to businesses within the West End, strengthening the regeneration in the area.”
