UK & European Investments has unveiled plans for the £30m redevelopment of Town Square, in Stratford-upon-Avon, West Midlands.
The scheme will be renamed Bell Court as part of the redevelopment and will provide more than 70,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant and leisure space.
A 12,000 sq ft Everyman cinema has been signed to anchor the development and specialist hamburger restaurant Byron has taken 3,860 sq ft for a new outlet. Planning consent for the redevelopment was granted at the end of last year.
UK & European Investments owns the lease to Town Square and is acting as investment manager. Stratford District Council owns two-thirds and Stratford Town Trust the remainder.
Enabling works will start on the scheme at the end of the month with demolition works starting at the beginning of February.
Buckingham Group Contracting has been appointed to deliver the redevelopment.
