Cineworld is to anchor Legal & General’s £85m extension of the Arndale centre in Eastbourne, East Sussex, agreeing a 25-year lease on a 31,000 sq ft, nine-screen multiplex on the second floor.
Work on the extension, which includes nine new restaurants and 175,000 sq ft of shops, is due to complete in 2018.
