Cinnamon Care gets backing for new Warwick site

Care home provider Cinnamon Care Collection has secured a £13.5m loan from Leumi to refinance its Oakley Grange scheme in Warwick.

It is the fifth deal closed between the parties in the past 18 months and the seventh since the partnership began in 2015.

Oakley Grange, which opened in August last year, offers 66 fully furnished en-suite rooms and five deluxe care suites.

Stuart Norris, director at Cinnamon, said: “Refinancing Oakley Grange represents an important milestone in our strategy as we continue to deliver care homes for our residents across the UK.”

Guy Brocklehurst, relationship director at Leumi UK, said: “This transaction underscores our ongoing commitment to supporting healthcare projects in the UK, and reinforces our position as a key partner in the care home sector.”
