CIP Property has completed a letting to one of the UK’s largest providers of primary care services at its Dorking Business Park in Surrey.
Harmoni HS is taking 11,000 sq ft in the newly refurbished 29,000 sq ft Glassworks Two office building where it will pay £19 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Harmoni HS was represented by Cattaneo Commercial; Savills and Michael Rogers acted for CIP.
