Circle Property has sold One Castlepark in Bristol to Boultbee for £20m.
The sale price represents a 3.9% increase on the March valuation of £19.25m and a marked increase on the £4.2m the AIM-listed developer-investor paid for it in 2012.
Circle fully refurbished the multi-let 79,359 sq ft city centre block, which now pulls in just under £1m in rent per annum.
