CIS has sold its Hillsborough Shopping Centre in Sheffield to a group of private Irish investors for £16.2m, a 5.58% initial yield.
The 72,900 sq ft scheme comprises 20 shops anchored by T J Morris and Wilkinsons with an additional seven shops totalling 19,453 sq ft on Middlewood Road.
The property was held on a predominantly freehold basis with prime rents ranging between £37-£45 per sq ft.
The shopping centre also includes rooftop car parking with spaces for 110 cars.
