The City will be keen for news on St Modwen’s plans for the Rover Longbridge site it owns when the developer announces its interims today.
It is working on a mixed-use scheme on the site. Analysts will also want an update on plans for the redevelopment of Elephant and Castle, south London.
Full-year pretax profits are expected to come in at about £46m and net asset value 265p-268p.
