The City of London Corporation has instructed agents to sell the long leasehold of a 210,000 sq ft Grade II listed office complex.
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to seek offers in excess of £90m for the 150-year leasehold interest of 1-5 London Wall Buildings, EC2, at an annual rent of 10% of rents receivable.
Each building has its own entrance and concierge. Communal amenities include shower facilities and bike storage.
Occupiers include Harmonix Construction, communications company Citigate Dewe Rogerson and planning law firm Town Legal.
