London property adviser Belchak Corin & Co has rebranded as Belcor, in a move designed to coincide with leasing agent Oliver Cohen being promoted to partner.
Cohen (pictured) will work with founder Paul Belchak and partner Greg Corin on leasing deals in the City fringe, as the company prepares to depart its current office at 34 Artillery Lane in June as part of an expansion plan. It currently has a team of 12 people.
During his time as a City fringe agent, Cohen has worked on deals with brands including Beats by Dre, Gucci, Travelex, J.Lindeberg, Fat Llama and David Beckham’s e-sports team, Guild.
Belchak said: “The new identity and expansion plan showcases the dynamism and youthful approach within our business while also recognising our heritage as long-standing experts in the eastern City fringe.”
Corin added: “Oli has made a significant contribution to the business and his promotion to partner is in line with our continuing policy of recognising personal achievement and commitment to our business.”
