City Inn is planning a £330m expansion programme over the next four years.
The group, which has four hotels, in Bristol, Glasgow, Birmingham and Westminster, has put in place a pipeline of another four properties.
They include a new-build hotel near the Tower of London and one near Piccadilly Station in Manchester.
It has also won planning permission for a hotel on a canalside site close to Leeds’ main railway station. It is also looking at going overseas.
