City North aims to make a full market listing to raise up to£10m.
The company specialises in London residential lettings. Its flotationwill depend on the approval of about 1,700 Business Expansion Scheme(BES) shareholders. Four City North companies were formed in the late1980s under the BES scheme. The shareholders must approve theamalgamation.
The flotation is expected to take place in May.
