City of London office values fell by the most in seven years in July, in the wake of the vote to leave the European Union, figures from CBRE show.
Values fell by 6.1% in the City, while Central London office values were down 4.1%.
The fall comes amid increased uncertainty about the economy following the vote, and concerns about the potential for a rise in office vacancy rates as an oversupply of space adds to the problem.
