Schroders has signed two new tenants at rents of £25 per sq ft at City Tower in Manchester.
The rents are the highest achieved in the building. Energy procurement services provider LG Energy has taken 3,549 sq ft on a 10-year lease and cloud payment service provider Access Pay has taken 2,759 sq ft on a six-year lease.
Schroders is about to commence a major refurbishment of the ground floor atrium and reception area along with a rolling office floor refurbishment programme.
The 350,000 sq ft office tower was bought by Schroders from Bruntwood in May last year for £132m.
Colliers International is leasing agent at the building.
