Developer Citygrove has launched the search for a funding partner for its £25m Telford Centre scheme in Shropshire.
The 99,000 sq ft scheme will be anchored by a Cineworld cinema and Premier Inn hotel. A number of restaurant chains, including Bella Italia and Chimichanga, have also signed up to take space.
Citygrove obtained detailed planning consent in March, and work is due to start on-site this summer, with completion expected at the end of 2013.
