Citygrove Securities has received planning for a 26-storey residential scheme in Newcastle.
Newcastle City Council’s planning committee approved plans for the 162-home scheme on Rutherford Street, fronting St James Boulevard.
The scheme was designed by FaulknerBrowns.
Andrew Rennie from Citygrove said: “This is one of the first private rental sector schemes in Newcastle and it will help meet the city’s growing demand from young professionals and graduates for high quality accommodation in the city centre.”
