Oval Corporation’s 17 Moorgate, EC2, is fully let following the expansion of Optal Financial in the building.
Optal Financial, an authorised eMoney institution, has signed a new 10-year lease across the third floor, paying £61.50 per sq ft and taking its total occupation in the building to 5,000 sq ft.
The building is now fully let.
Josh Lamb, associate director in the central London office agency team at Savills, which advised Oval Corporation, said: “The third floor, which had been fully refurbished to provide an efficient floor plate with excellent natural light, allowed Optal the convenience to expand to modern offices within its existing building. As such, we were able to secure a strong rent.”
Optal Financial was unrepresented.
