Civitas Social Housing has bought a portfolio of regulated social housing properties for £37.6m.
The portfolio has a total of 362 tenancies located across England, managed by Bespoke Supportive Tenancies and My Space Housing Solutions.
The assets were sourced off-market by Civitas Housing Advisors, the company’s investment manager.
