Manchester-based CJM Investment is on the hunt for a development partner for its £77m Trafford Park scheme.
The 367-flat scheme is located on a three-acre site Skerton Road, between Trafford Bar and the new Civic Quarter masterplan.
It comprises five blocks of between five and 10 storeys, with 166 one-bed flats, 118 two-bed, 42 three-bed and 41 townhouses, designed by Tim Groom Architects.
The masterplan also includes on-site parking, landscaped outdoor space and a clubhouse for residents to socialise and exercise, which is also a nod to the former use as home to the Northern Lawn Tennis Association.
The development received planning consent at Trafford Council’s planning and development management committee on 15 October.
Tim Groom said: “The design of the Trafford Bar project is such that it provides a great mix of homes centred on a sense of community and neighbourhood and seeks to diversify the existing housing offering in the area.
“What sets the development apart from others is that the location is fantastic, offering a suburban lifestyle that benefits from being just minutes away from city life and with its large open green space which includes the onsite ‘Lawn Club’ it provides a real focal point for residents to create their own community.”
CJM Investments has appointed CBRE to advise on planning and to secure a development partner.
