CKC Properties has been granted planning by Leicester City Council for a 159-bed student accommodation scheme in the town centre’s Conduit Street.
The £15m scheme is on the on the site of a former car park and sits within Leicester’s regeneration area.
CKC currently has three other student schemes in planning: two in Brighton and another in south east London.
Construction commences in January 2018.
