CLAL Insurance Enterprises Holdings, one of the largest financial institutions in Israel, has paid AXA Real Estate Investment Managers £32.2m (€40.96m) for an office building in the UK city of Birmingham.
The asset, at 115 Colmore Row, was sold on behalf of AXA client Co-operative Insurance and comprises 7,469 m2 let to law firm Eversheds, which has 11 years left on its lease.
