Clapham House will open between nine and 18 branches of Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) next year.
It will open another 10-15 every year after that.
GBK currently has eight branches in London: Notting Hill, Belsize Park, Battersea, Fulham, Chiswick, Richmond, West Hampstead and Putney.
