Clarion Housing Group has concluded the amalgamation of Affinity Sutton Homes and Circle Thirty Three Housing Trust to form a single charitable community benefit society, Clarion Housing Association.
Following the amalgamation, Clarion Housing Association and Old Ford Housing Association are the guarantors of more than £600m of bonds issued by Circle Anglia Social Housing, and the Clarion Funding Secured Euro Medium Term Note Programme established in September 2017.
