Clarion Housing Group has signed for 4,275 sq ft on the seventh floor of Lombard House in Birmingham.
Its Birmingham office will relocate from its existing space at the Gee Centre in Aston to AG Dunedin’s Lombard House, which fronts Great Charles Street Queensway.
The space, which has views of Birmingham’s skyline, has been secured on a 10-year lease at £20 per sq ft.
The letting was completed by GVA, which is joint agent on the building alongside LSH.
