Swedish retailer Clas Ohlson will open its first store outside the Nordic region at The Whitgift Centre in Croydon,
Clas Ohlson will occupy a total of 20,581 sq ft in a unit which fronts both the North End and the centre.
The retailer has taken a 15-year lease with landlords Howard Holdings, Royal London and the Whitgift Foundation.
The Swedish retailer plans to open more stores over the next three years in shopping centres and high streets.
