A Grade II listed tower in Claygate, Surrey, will be one of 36 properties offered at Countrywide’s 22 October auction at the Park Lane Hotel, W1.
The three-bedroom property, with views of Ruxley Ridge from its seventh floor, is being sold off a guide price of £850,000. Built in 1870 as an addition to Lord Foley’s estate, it was converted to residential in the late 20th century.
It is expected to be of interest to owner-occupiers and amateur investors.
