Aberdeen Asset Management has struck a deal to sell its 1.9m sq ft Amber Portfolio to Clearbell Capital.
The investor saw off competition from seven underbidders to place the portfolio under offer.
The portfolio’s 29 assets are spread across the UK in locations including Nottingham, Glasgow, Milton Keynes and Sheffield. Their split according to income is: industrial 42%, retail 23%, offices 18% and retail warehouse 17%.
Aberdeen put up the portfolio for sale in April with a £155m price tag – a net initial yield of more than 8%.
The portfolio has a vacancy rate of 4.48%, with a rent roll of £13.2m and a weighted average unexpired lease term of 4.5 years. Tenants include Sports Direct, B&G and Travis Perkins.
Knight Frank acted for Aberdeen; BCM advised Clearbell.
