Clearwater Corporate Finance has taken 3,565 sq ft on the third floor of RREEF’s 65 Chandos Place, WC2.
The company is to pay £43.50 per sq ft for the space in the 10,800 sq ft building in Covent Garden. The fourth and final floor in the block is also under offer.
