Insight Investment has bought Deloitte & Touche’s Nottingham office for more than £5m, on behalf of the Clerical Medical Managed Fund.
The 38,000 sq ft (3,530 sq m) building on Woodborough Road, Nottingham, was sold by LaSalle Investment Management, in a deal reflecting a net initial yield of 8.25%.
The building is let to Deloitte & Touche for a further eight years at a rent of £441,600 pa.
Cluttons Commercial acted for Insight Investment, while Jones Lang LaSalle advised the vendor.
