Danish furniture company HOWE has signed a lease for its first UK headquarters and showroom at 82 Clerkenwell Road, EC1.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease with Mirrorstroke for 2,640 sq ft on the ground and lower ground floors of the City fringe building.
Rents of £62.50 and £31.50 per sq ft were agreed.
Cluttons represented the tenant; Anton Page advised the landlord.
