Property investment group Cleveland Trust is to take a 75% stake in Port of Boston (1992), which runs the Lincolnshire Port. It is currently owned by 3i, various Charterhouse funds and John Sutcliffe & Sons (Holdings). It is paying £465,000 for the investment. Sutcliffe, which will retain the other 25%, will run the port.
