All shops will be able to offer click and collect services from next month following changes in planning permission.
Under new regulations, shops no longer have to apply for planning permission to install click and collect services.
Retailers will also no longer have to pay the £195 planning fee.
Minsters believe that allowing customers to pick up their purchases from local shops will boost business on the high street.
The new service will be on offer to retailers nationwide from 15 April.
