Anderson & Sheppard, the tailor that designed Cary Grant’s suits in North by Northwest and has dressed celebrities including Fred Astaire, Gary Cooper, the Prince of Wales, Ralph Fiennes and Brian Ferry, has secured a new store at 17 Clifford Street, W1.
The tailor has agreed a 10-year lease with the Pollen Estate on the 2,000 sq ft store. It will pay an annual rent of £130,000. The store will sell ready-to-wear classic casual clothes and accessories.
Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Drivers Jonas Deloitte advised the landlord; Pilcher Hershman acted for Anderson & Sheppard.
