CLS has gained consent for its residential-led, mixed-use redevelopment of Westminster Tower , Albert Embankment, London SE1.
Lambeth council has awarded the investor and developer a resolution to grant planning permission for the scheme, which involves a major refurbishment of the existing building.
Plans will see three additional stories added to the building to provide 23 privately owned flats and 11 shared ownership flats.
The scheme also includes 15,000 sq ft of office space, a residents’ gym and amenity space, 66 cycle spaces and 16 car parking spaces.
CLS was advised by Boyer Planning, with architectural design by The Manser Practice.
