CLS Holdings has exchanged contracts on two multi-let office buildings in Hamburg, Germany, for €32.4m (£25.5m).
The buildings, known as Silo, Schellerdamm 16 and Fleethaus, Schellerdamm 2, have 18,700 sq ft of lettable space over 16 floors. They are 90% let to 39 tenants, providing an annual rental income of €2.2m and a net initial yield of 6.4%.
The buildings are located in Harburg, a district in the southern part of Hamburg.
