CLS Holdings’ Hirsch to stand down

Glyn Hirsch is to stand down as chief executive of CLS Holdings.

Hirsch will be replaced by former general counsel and company secretary Tom Thompson, who will become vice-chairman and acting chief executive.

Hirsch said: “I have decided it is time for me to move on after more than six years at CLS Holdings and have identified a number of opportunities within areas of interest.”

The move has been accompanied by the creation of a new post, property development director, which will be taken by Per Sjoberg.

Elsewhere at CLS, Dan Baverstam has been appointed chief financial officer.
