CLS Holdings has submitted plans to comprehensively refurbish its Midtown trophy, Clifford’s Inn, Fetter Lane, EC4.
The £9.1m project will create 37,000 sq ft of prime office space and eight new one-and two-bed flats behind a new Portland stone façade.
Plans were submitted to the City of London on 2 August and CLS aims to start work in April 2013, with completion 12 months later.
Executive chairman Sten Mortstedt said: “As part of the group’s strategy to maximise the potential of existing properties within its portfolio, this development represents an exciting opportunity to create high-quality office accommodation and residential apartments in a prime London location.”
