CLS has sealed a deal with law firm Signature Litigation to double its office space in London’s Midtown.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease for all 29,816 sq ft at 138 Fetter Lane, EC4, at 2.3% above its latest estimated rental value. It had previously leased the courtyard and first floor, with the ground and second floors let to other occupiers.
Office space in the mixed-use building, close to the Royal Courts of Justice, was refurbished and extended in 2014.
CLS chief executive Fredrik Widlund said: “The deal reaffirms CLS’s commitment to supporting our customers in expanding their businesses by providing modern, sustainable office accommodation in attractive locations.”
