Cluttons expands South East business with double hire

Property consultancy Cluttons has hired Peter Freeman and Natasha Ryan from Altus Group to build out the firm’s business in the Thames Valley and M4 corridor.

Freeman has almost three decades of experience in business agency, mainly in the Heathrow and Thames Valley areas, and has worked for funds, property companies and financial institutions with clients including L&G, Blackrock, RLAM, Aberdeen Standard as well as occupiers such as Allport Cargo, Pioneer and Berry BMW.

Ryan, a chartered surveyor, deals with acquisitions and disposals in the office and industrial sectors and specialises in the M25 West market, with clients including Columbia Threadneedle, LaSalle and IPIF.

They will both operate out of Cluttons’ Reading office.

James Gray, managing partner of Cluttons, said: “Peter and Natasha’s appointments mean we can offer enhanced occupational advice to our existing and new clients.

We are looking to capitalise on the M4 corridor between Hammersmith and Newbury, building on the work already undertaken by our Reading and London offices. This expansion is a key element of our overall growth plans.”
