Cluttons has hired Eve Larard-Tansley from Grosvenor Group for a newly created role as head of portfolio and lettings management.
Larard-Tansley was previously responsible for the Grosvenor’s Mayfair and Belgravia residential lettings portfolio.
At Cluttons, Larard-Tansley will lead a nine-strong team looking after property portfolios across London. Her remit is to build and develop the team and expand Cluttons’ portfolio management services beyond the city.
John Gravett, head of real estate management at Cluttons, said: “Eve has the expertise, energy and drive to develop our portfolio and lettings management team and ensure our clients receive the highest levels of service.
“This is an important growth area for our business and a key part of our long-term strategic plan.”
