Law firm Clyde & Co has signed a lease for 7,878 sq ft at Goodman’s Oxford business park.
The company is relocating from the park’s Nash Court to Rowan Place. It has taken a nine-year lease. In the past, the site has achieved rents of around £19 per sq ft.
Strutt & Parker and VSL & Partners advised Goodman. Clyde & Co was represented by Newton Perkins.
