Quoted property company CNC Properties, the commercial property arm of Property Acquisition & Management (PAM), has sold an office and retail property in Wimbledon for £3.675m.
The property was bought by biscuit machinery company Golfrate. CNC, which was bought by Guernsey-based PAM, said that it had made profits of £925,000 from the disposal.
CNC recently bought a £17.2m property portfolio through the purchase of two private property investment companies. The portfolio, which includes office, retail and industrial properties, is currently valued at £178m.
