CNC Properties plans to buy the £35m portfolio of Channel Hotels & Properties through a 50/50 joint venture with the company.
The purchase will boost the gross assets of the joint venture from £9.65m to £44.7m. The portfolio consists of eight properties spread throughout the UK.
